We're excited to welcome your student to our district! Vidalia City Schools serves students in Pre-K through 12th grade with a commitment to academic excellence, character development, and preparing students for success in college, career, and life.

Our online enrollment process makes it easy for families to register their students from the comfort of home. Follow the simple steps below to get started, and our enrollment team will guide you through the rest of the process.

Enrollment Process
Complete these four simple steps to enroll your student:

Complete the Online Application
Click the "Start Enrollment Application" button below to begin. Fill out all required information about your student and family.

Upload Required Documents
Submit digital copies of all required documents through the enrollment portal. See the checklist below for the complete list of needed documents.

Submit Your Application
Review all information for accuracy and submit your completed application. You'll receive a confirmation email upon successful submission.

Await Contact from Our Team
Within 24 hours, our Director of Enrollment will contact you with next steps, including school assignment and any additional information needed.

Please have the following documents ready to upload during the enrollment process. Documents must be clear, legible copies (photos or scans accepted).

📄Non-Resident Applicants
If you do not currently reside within Vidalia City Schools district boundaries, please complete the application without uploading proof of residency. You will be contacted by our enrollment team with information about out-of-district enrollment procedures and next steps
